1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using FishVoice AI ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate deceptive or fraudulent content (including deepfakes).
- Clone voices of individuals without their explicit, verifiable consent.
- Create content that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal acts.
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
3. User Accounts and Billing
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. All payments and billing are handled securely by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to their payment terms.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the text you input into the Service. FishVoice AI retains all rights to the underlying models and technology. The audio generated using the Service is licensed to you for your personal or commercial use, provided you do not violate the Acceptable Use policy.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of generated voice content.
